Return Policy

tems may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the date of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories, and accompanied by the original invoice/receipt.

 

For items found to be defective or damaged on delivery, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt, providing photos of the defect/damage and the packaging.

 

Products that have been installed, used, or show signs of wear may not be eligible for a full exchange or refund (except for verified manufacturing defects).

2. return/exchange procedure

Once authorized, bring or send the item to our store at Mina Tripoli, Lebanon, within the stated period.

 

For defective/damaged items, we cover return shipping. For returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

 

After inspection and approval of the returned item, exchange or refund will be processed.

3. refunds

Refunds (if applicable) will be made to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we have received and inspected the returned item.

 

Shipping and installation fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or the product is faulty.

 

If the returned product is missing parts, damaged (without our fault), or no longer in resalable condition, a restocking or handling fee may apply.

4. exchanges

If you prefer to exchange the item (for the same model or another model), we will process the exchange after the original item is returned and approved.

 

Any price difference between models will be settled by you or credited accordingly.

5. non-returnable items

Custom-made or special-order items cannot be returned unless defective.

 

Products marked “final sale” at time of purchase are not eligible for return or refund.

 

Items with broken seals, missing accessories, or that have been used are not eligible for exchange or refund unless the fault is confirmed as a manufacturing defect.

6. inspection & condition

Returned items must be in the same condition as when sold — unused, with original packaging and accessories.

 

We reserve the right to refuse a return or apply a deduction if the product is damaged due to misuse, or if parts are missing.

7. legal rights & warranty

This return policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws in Lebanon.

 

Manufacturing defects are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (where applicable). For warranty claims, the standard warranty terms apply.

8. policy changes

NahleHome reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
