NahleHome sells home appliances, electronics, and related accessories.
We make every effort to display accurate product information, including specifications, images, and prices. However, product details may change without prior notice, and typographical or technical errors may occur.

All prices are listed in Lebanese Pounds (LBP) or U.S. Dollars (USD), as displayed.

 

Prices are subject to change without notice.

 

Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.

 

Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other methods displayed at checkout.

 

NahleHome reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or payment issues.

4. orders and delivery

Orders are confirmed only after full or partial payment is received and verified.

 

Delivery timelines depend on product availability and destination.

 

Customers must inspect products upon delivery. Any damage or missing items must be reported within 24 hours.

 

NahleHome is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

NahleHome reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving refunds or exchanges.

6. warranty

Most products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, subject to the terms of the manufacturer.

 

NahleHome assists in processing warranty claims but is not responsible for delays or decisions made by the manufacturer or authorized service center.

 

Warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, mishandling, unauthorized repairs, or natural disasters.

7. limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NahleHome shall not be liable for:

 

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, delivery delays, or service interruptions.

 

Data loss, profit loss, or personal injury resulting from improper use of products.


Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
